The Quinlan Group, led by Bryan Quinlan and Rebecca Manchester, helps buyers and sellers in Providence and throughout Rhode Island. Together, we've closed more than 200 homes, from first-time purchases and multifamily properties to move-up, luxury, and home sales.

Bryan and Rebecca have worked full-time in real estate since 2017 and were recognized among RealTrends' top Rhode Island agents in 2023. Bryan and Rebecca have received Sales Excellence recognition from the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®. Our Providence experience includes the East Side, West End, and Elmhurst.

Both graduated from Johnson & Wales University. Bryan studied Sports, Entertainment and Event Management and played baseball, setting the university's single-season saves record. Rebecca studied Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management and played softball. Before real estate, she was the pastry sous chef at Strip by Strega in Boston while finishing college and afterward.
