Bryan Quinlan is a real estate agent with The Quinlan Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC. He works with home sellers, first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and multifamily clients in Providence and throughout Rhode Island.
A full-time agent since 2017, Bryan brings hands-on transaction experience to pricing, preparation, offer strategy, and negotiation. Bryan and Rebecca Manchester have closed more than 200 homes together. Bryan was named a RealTrends Top 50 agent in Rhode Island in 2023 and has received Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® Sales Excellence recognition.
Bryan graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management. He played baseball for the university and holds its record for the most saves in a season. That competitive background still shapes the persistence and preparation he brings to clients, from first-time buyers to sellers and multifamily owners.
His buyer representation includes the $850,000 purchase of 45 Eames Street in 2021, where an extended search led to a colonial near Brown Stadium.
